
I have a high end phone, and the process is slow and buggy. Plug the device into my usb-c wait 5 to 10.seconds.. then insert a strip and wait another 5 to 10 seconds. Sometimes the strips are bad and I have to use 2 or 3 strips to get a good reading. in my opinion it isn't worth the wear and tear on the usb-c port to be constantly plugging and unplugging devices and the wait to get a reading. They have no phone support. So when I email them.. it was my try this.. that didn't work.. email them back.. wait 6 more hours for a reply on the next thing to try.. I need to
check blood sugar 3 or 4 times a day. I can't wait two days playing email tag trying to make my meter work. I would not recommend.
