We used this system as a pilot. This is the best AI Chatbot for customer support, which has been a refreshing change from others (more expensive) on the market.
The functionality and integration with external tools is impressive, but usability is where this product shines. I found that the usability, combined with the reactive customer support, enabled me to build-out a pilot quickly and confidently.
