I Love VITAL! It's an incredible use of technology for meditation, visualizations and the best part is the ability to customize the meditation for your exact situation. You can create a visualization and a prompt for whatever is on your mind and a well constructed and helpful guided meditation follows. I love it and have done custom meditations for my parents and they were very impacted by it.
