Congratulations on the book Arvid. It's great how you included so many people in the construction (including myself) and listened to what users wanted from an entrepreneurial book/ guide. I love the use of practical tips, people can pick up the book, read a chapter then instantly start applying the lessons learned! It's succinct, useful and a delight to read.
