Very poor customer service. It's almost 2 months I raised claim and submitted all the required documents also insurer completed physical verification but still there is no update about the reimbursement. Every time when I contact Onsurity team they just give a same answer with new date since last one month.
I recommend always buy the insurance directly from the insurer company but NEVER through Onsurity.
