I found browsee by chance as an alternative to hotjar and logrocket and I'm pretty impressed with it. Not only they have a great set of features like flagging frustration clicks, javascript errors, and repeated events on the live session But also they have been restless on the support to help me out with issues and improving the product from feedback.
