What are your working on this weekend?

If you're working on a project this weekend, share it with us in the comments down below and we can support each other with our plans This weekend, apart from moderating the homepage, I've been digging into learning basic HTML + CSS.

Do you work on the weekends?

I've always gotten a mixed review around working on weekends. Some prefer it to be a no work zone so they can start the work day week fresh but others like to mix it up. What do you do?

How will you define your work in 5 words?

I'll go first. "Creating content that adds value."

What's Privacy for you?

Everyone is talking about Privacy these days. For some, this is just to be left alone; for others is to have some rules for how the data are managed; for a specific group of people, it could be something else. So what's your definition of Privacy?

Journaling and reflective writing prompts that help you

What are some journaling/reflective writing prompts that have helped you or that you answer often/daily? My one is "How do I feel" That one normally opens the door to other things. Other prompts I use: - What strong emotional learning did you have from this? (I dreamed this question) - What world should your grand-children live in? (got this from a TedTalk on future literacy) - What aspect of your life is antifragile or fragile? (from a Nassim's book) I used these sometimes, but not often - I love it when - I hate it when - When I wake up - When I go to sleep - If I could change one thing it would be - Next year I want to - I miss

What's the biggest mistake you've made as a founder?

This sounds silly but when I launched my first startup 5 years ago, we didn't put in a vesting schedule Wanted to see what others have done but also things we know to avoid in the future!

How do you stay healthy?

Being a founder/builder is a lot of work and can take its toll on your health. What's your strategy for staying healthy? I'm a walker and can easily crank out 15+ miles a week, eat only plants and hit the gym 3-5x a week. What's yours?

Do you blog?

Simple question - as part of your marketing strategy, personal branding, or just maybe some thoughts on paper kind of deal. Would love to hear people who blog and the reasons why Also perhaps a bonus - maybe how you grew your blog if you managed to do so? For me personally, I managed to grow on Medium but it did take some time!

What is the single biggest challenge holding your project, product, or startup back?

As a founder, there are any number of things you're juggling. And any number of issues plaguing your traction and growth. But more often than not, there's that one problem. You know the one. That one big obstacle that is keeping you up at night. And that is not only impeding your progress but feels like a weight you're carrying. It could be something real. Or it could simply be something perceived. Like a mental block. Or a fear. There are any number of assumptions in the industry about what that hurdle may be, but I'd love to hear actual issues from folks who are comfortable sharing. Because if we all have a better understanding of the actual problems, then we all have a better chance of helping one another resolve them. Thanks in advance for considering this. Looking forward to your feedback.

Have you ever been burnt out? If so, what happened and what did you do to swing back into things?

I was having a personal discussion with one of my close friends about this today and would love to see some personal stories from the PH community on this one!
