Sadly I have to add my frustrations to all of the users who've ordered anything in the last two months. Ordered an item over one month ago without a single reply by anyone at the company. No phone number, no active social media, nothing. For those who have lost money there may be a recourse here: https://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/0221-billed-merchandise-you-never-received
