Generally this is a good website builder platform, but their support is horrendous. They are not transparent and they don't reply to their tickets. i just can't comprend how a company still operating with such bad management. As right now, they seem to have a bug with their image loader. Imagine, image are vital for a website but they don't seem to care. It appears i'm not the only one having issue with this company. The positive side is i am the early state of my project and i didn't throw too much money at it yet. ****Update 08/30**** i beleive in being fair so i here's an update. I recently ran into an issue with my login(my fault this time), and Joyce was a great help. I have another project in Webflow and i must say that Weweb makes it way much easier to build a multilangual website. Also, the Smartsuite integration is wonderfull. Even though it's in alpha phase, i keep my finger crossed that they will keep it. Thanks again Joyce !
