Here's the situation: our extension product has been listed on the Chrome Web Store, a platform where developers cannot reply to or delete comments. A competitor seems to be leaving one-star reviews, claiming that a certain product (of course it's their product) is much better than JobJump. I d like to know how you all would handle this kind of issue.
