I founded chea seed to make expert career help accessible in large part because of the lived experience of my mom, an Argentine immigrant, who struggled with bias in her career. I spent most of my career as a general counsel (non tech) and decided to try to make a difference in the world for something I cared about. I love the idea of giving people small simple steps they can take to get the career their hard work deserves. Beyond pay and advancement, careers are an opportunity to be our most productive and happiest selves. If work sucks, it's hard for the rest of life to feel good. So this is my part to do good and to use AI to do good.
