I’m Alex, the co-founder and CEO of Playmaker. Before Playmaker, I worked in a variety of operational roles across the tech world. Initially, I was a systems integration consultant at Accenture, where I led project workstreams at UBS Investment Bank and HSBC. After that I was the second EMEA hire and helped build GTM at Freshworks, which went public in 2021. Then I was Chief Strategy Officer at Startup Grind, the world's largest startup community, where I built global programs to support startups, and even started a tiny VC fund before I left. I've had dozens of side projects over the years, and am passionate about entrepreneurship and all that it brings to the world. When I'm not working you can either find me spending time with family, playing sport or learning about entrepreneurship :)
