I guess some will call me a veteran of the IT industry. I tend to think of myself as a technologist who happens to be on a 36 year streak of experiences. I started out when the PC was in its infancy and saw all the waves of technology growth and change and am constantly excited by what normal people like us are achieving and how we are shaping the present and the future. The last few years, I spent more time on trying to solve the problems of bringing various disciplines like Cloud Operations, SRE, ITSM, DevOps together. I also hobbied around with Smart Cities and Responsive Cities and how technology can help solve the challenges of running cities.
