Hey Alex, I love the concept myself! I can share a few personal learnings while building my own project.
Combining conversational and drag-and-drop experiences is a good and well-accepted balance by users as it provides a "template" like starting point that you are able to customize further at will.
AI-based section generation for the site is huge but if it is too open-ended users shy away. It would work better by having users provide context in a non-conversational way. For example instead of having to prompt the user so they type "can you please create a section of x with layout of y and colors of z" have them pre-select the option from a dropdown "new section" and describe it. Or a "new template" and ask for an inspiration e.g "Inspired in space x with a pricing section x,y,z". Conversation is powerful to describe ambiguous things but people will get frustrated chatting through an experience that can be more handrailed.
Look into how to use AI assistance to handle other tedious parts of the GrapesJS experience for example, CSS classes. You can have your users visually describe the appearance and paste those styles into existing elements in the canvas e.g: add a gradient of 4 blue colors to the selected component. Or control themes.
I love the direction you are taking the project and forget about the saturation. Website builders is a good niche because there is a huge demand. You just need to find the right starting audience, get quality feedback and keep iterating.
Careful marrying too much to GrapesJS.

Hey! Congrats on the launch! I love the traffic and cost analytics breakdown! it also gives a good insight about the tokens for requests used which is kind of an abstract consumption model by openai and I was afraid of misinterpreting it.
I'd love to see optimization suggestions around prompts and consumption.
I love the fact is free, at least for now! I most definitely keep using it :)
Very cool guys! very cool.

Great project! I haven't yet integrated into an external system using the API but tried the demo and is really cool. It reminds me of when I was back in my old job having remote meetings, this was an issue that happened at least in 50% of the meetings, especially with large groups of attendees. Let me quickly run a scrappy math... you would spend 1-2 minutes figuring out who was not muted, 10 meetings a week with many +10 attendees each, that is ~10 hours a month collectively lost on "please mute" logistics. Damn, please fix lol.

Hey, this is amazing! had a lot of fun creating some videos. I will definitely come back for more when you add more videos/voices.

Congrats on the launch! I love this concept and is very sought-after by all AWS users. The actual costs of running in AWS can shoot out without the proper configurations and tweaks. Having said this, I just installed animetal in my development account and it was one of the simplest integrations I've ever done. They pre-generate a stack that you launch and grant them the level of access to recommend/optimize your usage with the click of a button, truly impressed.
However, the system didn't manage to find any recommendations for me (I'm sure there must be many to suggest, especially around lambdas concurrent executions, memory use, etc). Could it be that my infrastructure is mostly serverless? (ApiG, Lambda, DynamoDB).
I'm curious to know if at the moment the focus is on EC2 instances, and if so, what are the plans for the future. It has huge potential.

Hi @mike_chirokas, congrats on the launch. Amazing what you put together to generate modular website blocks using AI. What are going to be the next steps for builder.io????

Hey, congrats on the launch! Personally, I'm always writing down and listing notion templates and resources because at some point I find them useful for me or my close network.

I love the conversational building experience with visual cues. Also, the reply suggestions while keeping the chat open for maximum flexibility. Definitely loved the UX and I will look at it as an inspiration for my project Webstudio!
Congrats on the launch! I'll follow up closely

Personally love the fact that it can interact with users in multiple languages! Definitely will come in handy for a new generation of AI-powered customer support tools.
