I build software for small businesses that sell through chat. Ovo Flow started with my sister-in-law's bakery here in Toronto — watching her answer the same Instagram DMs at 11pm while orders got lost in a paper notebook. It's an AI that replies to customers in the owner's own voice and turns those conversations into real orders. 0% commission, because the tools that already exist either cost enterprise money or take a cut of every sale. I'm also building Orbi, a platform for care homes and the families who trust them. Based in Toronto, shipping most days.
