Gerald Fogel, a dedicated former firefighter and paramedic from Concord, California, has devoted over three decades to serving his community with bravery and commitment. Beginning his career as a volunteer reserve at the Contra Costa Consolidated Fire Protection District, he built a foundation of skills to fuel a lifelong passion for public safety and emergency response. After completing paramedic school in 1984, Gerald joined American Medical Response, where he excelled as an Emergency Paramedic. His expertise and dedication led him to a significant opportunity with the Fremont Fire Department in 1985, where he became part of its pioneering class of firefighters/paramedics.
