I'm a co-founder of Vityl, bringing more than a decade of human capital experience to his role building technology focused on culture and belonging. Prior to launching Vityl, I founded the consulting firm Greater Human Capital and led teams within Deloitte’s human capital practice. My primary areas of expertise are belonging and inclusion, change management, culture transformation, and HR technology. I'm also a passionate educator, serving as a Professor for the Master’s in Human Resources Management programs at Georgetown University and University of Southern California’s Bovard College.
