Most of my day is a terminal full of AI agents. It gets a lot done, but it's a lonely way to work. So I'm making Crewloft, a cozy game where you grow a studio with AI coworkers who have personalities, opinions about each other, and your actual projects on their desks.

Crewloft - Grow a studio with AI coworkers who become friends

A cozy management game that starts with one desk. You hire people, hand them your real projects and work out who gets along with who. After a rough review, challenge them to ping-pong or darts. As they get closer, the studio grows, all the way to Manhattan.
