Poor quality frame! Large seam in the top middle and the wood on either side was two different colors. Half light wood, the other half dark wood. I asked for a replacement or a refund due to the defect and they claim it is just a "unique" quality of that wood frame! They offered a voucher so I could purchase a better quality frame! I thought they were all better quality. I told them it should be disclosed if some of the features of that frame were "unique" and as they put it "some people hate it".
