What needs improvement
The only thing that needs improvement is the payment experience on the web. The card payment error didn't explain what went wrong, which can be stressful for buyers. A clearer error message or an alternative on-screen guide would help a lot. Everything else, including support and the crypto payment process, worked great once I got a past that part.
