Well I preordered this mask about 6 months before it was set to release and was very excited about it. When I received the mask it worked great. Within a matter of a month the sound in the left side stopped working. I contacted the company and was told this is a problem they have encountered and they would send me a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement would not be sent out for a few more...
