Video Chat Pain Points: What's Broken in Google Meet, Teams, Jitsi, and Others?
Hey PH community! As we all rely on video calls more than ever, I'm curious about your biggest frustrations with tools like Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Jitsi, or even the infamous Cluey. Do clunky interfaces, poor AI integrations, or a lack of admin controls (like forcing video on for interviews) drive you nuts?
I'm thinking about adding video chat to Blimp (getblimpy.cloud), our AI-native productivity suite. Imagine an AI assistant that quietly takes minutes in the background (non-intrusive), auto-generates bullet-point actions as tasks in your project hub (ditching those sloppy AI emails), plus admin perks like mandatory video, global audio muting, and background video effects that don't slow down your video.
What are your top video chat pain points? Share below your ideas could shape this!
Hi PH, I'm the Founder of Blimp – AI-Powered Productivity for Startup Teams
Hey everyone! I'm Arnauld, a solo founder passionate about building AI tools for work. I built Blimp (getblimpy.cloud) as an AI-native productivity suite because I was tired of fragmented tools. It unifies team chat, email, calendar, tasks, automation, and shared drive with smart AI that remembers context for better suggestions.
Started as a no-code workflow tool, evolved from user feedback. Excited to be here aiming for $2k MRR by April. What's your story? Let's connect!

Built an AI-native productivity suite
I've built an AI-native productivity suite (https://www.producthunt.com/prod...), and I'd like feedback on it.
Features include:
1. An AI Email Client (think Gmail for Enterprise users on steroids).
2. A context-aware Calendar and event management suite.
3. A real-time team communication suite (if Slack and Trello had a baby, that would be it).
4. A project management suite (for both personal and work-related projects).
5. A document management suite with AI-integrated Full-text search...
Instead of having all of these as different apps, they're in one platform, and they're all interconnected into a single user experience cycle.
New features shipped!
Hey everyone,
I'm excited to share that we've shipped new features on the Blimp platform. Blimp V2 has now moved from a simple workflow automation platform to a full AI-native productivity suite. We have a context-aware calendar, an AI email client, a project and task management suite, and real-time Slack-like team communications, and much more. Check out the new updates at https://getblimpy.cloud
FYI, if you have already created an account with Blimp V1, you can just log in.
Don't forget to upvote Blimp to get it into the hands of more folks!
