What's great
In my organization (financial sector), we've been using Pepper Cloud for about a year, and I'm amazed by the number of features it offers. We originally chose it for its WhatsApp integrations; it was the only provider that allowed us to integrate WA Groups into this channel. But then we started exploring the Leads and Workflows modules, and it has greatly helped us improve conversion processes and generate reliable data for reporting to management. The support we've received has been both friendly and professional.
What needs improvement
Some minor improvements in the tables fields, form example in the character limits of texts and adding internal IDs to enable duplicated emails in the registers. Also I would love it if they made the entire interface available in Spanish!
vs Alternatives
AderesoThe cost-benefit ratio is far superior in Pepper Cloud to that of Adereso. Pepper Cloud has all the features and outperforms in modules like leads and workflows, which are also very easy to use for non-technical users.
