What's great
In my organization (financial sector), we've been using Pepper Cloud for about a year, and I'm amazed by the number of features it offers. We originally chose it for its WhatsApp integrations; it was the only provider that allowed us to integrate WA Groups into this channel. But then we started exploring the Leads and Workflows modules, and it has greatly helped us improve conversion processes and generate reliable data for reporting to management. The support we've received has been both friendly and professional.
What needs improvement
Some minor improvements in the tables fields, form example in the character limits of texts and adding internal IDs to enable duplicated emails in the registers. Also I would love it if they made the entire interface available in Spanish!
vs Alternatives
AderesoThe cost-benefit ratio is far superior in Pepper Cloud to that of Adereso. Pepper Cloud has all the features and outperforms in modules like leads and workflows, which are also very easy to use for non-technical users.
What AI features tangibly improve sales productivity?
The AI Agent builder is robust and easy to use for non-technical users, so the team can try and implement fast. Also you can set a knowledge base to generate responses whit AI when talking to customers, in any channel
Are mobile apps full-featured for field sales use?
It does has the main modules available in the mobile version: messages, leads, contacts. Just missing the accounts and opportunities sections
What support channels and response times are offered?
Typically we speak with our account manager on WhatsApp, in addition to the email. Also we have a support channel in Whatsapp with a support engineer from Pepper, who can help reviewing issues or general doubts on the platform. Response times are actually fast, less than half an hour on business days, although if an incident requires the intervention of the Tech team, the resolution time may be delayed because we are in different time zones
