I use it in all my pages Pros: Ease to use, advanced functionality, lot of features in the free plan Cons: Only english support and default messages can't be traslated, the basic plan is great $0 but the advanced plan is pricey for small business

Honestly, the bet and easy bot creator i've found, the only fallback is that it only has english support
