I love it ! the reason for giving 4 stars is the difficulty in getting support - suppose the company is run from far east (India ?) and I live in the EU. Hope this will improve, because the results of this AI chatbot are impressive. I'm using it in a community support website and the feedback is excellent (covering questions/answers in more than 15 languages)

I was impressed by the presentation and by the possibilities offered by Afforai.
Immediately decided that it was worth to give a try... I'll come back with a review, but the 1st impression has been great.
I added a series of documents and immediately started asking questions, in languages other than the content of the document. The result is surprisingly good, excellent. And it was done with version 3.5 of ChatGPT. I assume that using version 4 the result will be even better. I will give it a try....
The investment made was very well done and worth the money spent....
