I've tinkered with Javascript, PHP, etc in the past, but am not a "natural coder". I suck at it but boy is it fun. My goal is to build a web framework to create "link-seekable video diaries" for my home videos. Imagine describing a trip in text, and inserting jump-links i that text to the precise point in the video.
