I'm Fraser, a GTM consultant based in Glasgow. Former Royal Marines Commando. I don't write code. I kept trying to build software with AI tools and hitting the same wall at 80%. Things would start strong, then fall apart. The AI hallucinated, agreed with bad ideas, and forgot everything between sessions. Nothing ever shipped. So I built Prismatic: an AI founding team that handles the full software development lifecycle. You brief it like you'd brief a team. It understands, plans, builds, verifies, and ships. I built the entire system using the system itself. I'm here to ship things and support other makers doing the same.
