I use SocialBee since... 2016? 2015? It started out as a strong, cheaper competitor to MeetEdgar. Meanwhile - especially with the tight integration to concierge services - it's so much more than that. Heartily recommend it.

This is the first working example for getting the information needed to do dynamic personalization per email and on websites. I like it. Pros: Easy to install, huge possibilities for customization, great team Cons: Only radio button questions for now
