I ve found myself burning the midnight oil to ship new features and fix bugs so much so that I m neglecting one critical piece of the puzzle: marketing. One question we tend to not ask ourselves is "Should I build this product?". It's silly, and I constantly skip this step. When I like something, I sometimes just jump in. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it HURTS.
