While QR codes make ordering super convenient, I think it can sometimes be tricky for people who aren’t so comfortable with technology, like older guests. It would help if restaurants kept a few paper menus on hand or made the digital interface even more user-friendly. But in time i think this can be a very good tool for restaurants and their guests!
