Before starting my entrepreneurial journey, I was a marketing professional with a love for cats and technology. I noticed a lack of platforms for cat lovers to express their creativity, which inspired me to create badcat.ai a place where users can draw cats and get them rated by AI.
With no technical background, I faced significant challenges. I self-studied programming through online courses, often feeling overwhelmed. After months of hard work, I launched a basic prototype, which allowed users to draw and score their ideal cats.
Feedback from friends and family helped refine the user experience. I added a voting feature to highlight popular and less favored creations, enhancing engagement. Joining developer communities provided support and motivation, reminding me I wasn t alone.
I m one of the co-founders of a startup that just launched our new product: https://www.producthunt.com/prod...
While we re excited about what we ve created, we re still in the early stages and haven't gained many users yet. Given our limited budget, we re looking for effective channels to increase our exposure beyond Product Hunt.
