I’ve spent my career leading technical teams as a CTO, obsessed with performance and user experience. But my true balance is found outdoors, hiking and running through the trails with my dog (a nice Australian Sheperd). Map-Planner was born from a personal frustration: most mapping tools are either too complex or lock your data behind a subscription. I wanted something seamless that allows hikers and runners to plan, visualize, and export their routes in seconds. My goal is the simplicity. Every line of code in Map-Planner is driven by the same motivation: making the mountains more accessible to everyone.
