I'm asking all the makers who had some success doing their thing. If you had the opportunity to do it again, would you do it or go to your 9-5 job and do something else like write a book or climb a mountain?

Your plan is to make a product in 2 years, a year and 2 months in, Facebook releases the same product... what do you do? Back to drawing board?

How do you establish if you are building a product that fulfils a need? How do you know you are selling it to the right people? Is it driven just through conversations with customers, or are there other inputs that helps you decide what you are going to do next
