Fleetsmarts was established with a perspective shaped by real experience inside the trucking industry. Before offering services to other carriers, the company operated as a trucking business for more than a decade. During that time, its leadership encountered many of the same challenges that smaller carriers across the North American market face every day. Tight cash flow, delayed payments for completed loads, and the constant pressure of managing fuel costs while keeping trucks moving were all familiar realities.
