Genuine question: when you needed a brand identity, what did you do?

Most founders I talk to either drop $5k-15k on an agency (and wait weeks), patch together Canva + random tools, or just... wing it until it becomes a problem.

Context: I'm building Forgeably - an AI that generates complete brand kits (logo, colors, typography, guidelines, templates) in minutes. Launching in late October, but first I want to understand if this actually solves a real pain point.
