Hey PH! I'm Taylor — I built FixReminder because I kept forgetting routine maintenance on my rentals until it became an expensive emergency. Missed an HVAC filter change for 6 months once — that kills a system. Every existing tool is built for 50+ unit managers (Buildium, AppFolio). I just needed reminders for a duplex and a rental house. No accounting, no tenant portals — just "hey, change the filter." So I built that: add properties, set recurring tasks, get email/SMS reminders. Free for 1 unit. Would love feedback from anyone currently using spreadsheets to track this stuff.
