Working with Graftype felt really comfortable from the start. They communicate in a clear, simple way and don’t overcomplicate things, which I personally value a lot. Everything felt structured and easy to follow, and I always knew what stage we were at. It didn’t feel like a typical “agency experience,” more like working with a small, thoughtful team.

It would be nice to see more detailed case studies or examples of past work to better understand their approach. Also, a bit more clarity around timelines at the very beginning could make the process even smoother.
