Hi,
I'm founder of Latency.at as well as one of the Prometheus maintainers (started the node_exporter). Since we started Prometheus at SoundCloud, I wanted to get latency and availability metrics from multiple regions in it. We never wanted to operate our own fleet of blackbox_exporters though.
