I am always cautious about where I enter my credit card information, but I trusted AdCreative.ai. I tried it for 4 days and realized it wasn't for me, so I canceled my free trial. However, they charged me for a full month after day 7, without my permission. The negative reviews here are accurate. AdCreative.ai withdraws money from your card without consent. Customer service said they would process my refund within 10 to 15 days, but this has NOT happened. Avoid AdCreative.ai at all costs. They get free financing by taking your money without authorization. Update: I just got this message from their customer care team, confirming it is just a SCAM: Dear Fernando,​ Thank you for contacting us and for your continued patience. We want to personally assure you that your refund request has been received and is fully confirmed. At the moment, we are managing an unusually high volume of inquiries, and as a result, the processing time is longer than usual.
