My work experience spans 20 years across different areas (media, publishing, and tech), and I am currently a Customer Success Manager @D-ID. Before this, I spent 11 years as a project manager leading explanatory video productions and interactive e-learning projects. The core of my work has always been managing projects and accounts, and building strong relationships with clients. Personally, I am a very open, versatile person with diverse interests, and my main motivation is "Erkenntnisgewinn" — I just love to deeply understand how things work and what clients really need. For me, open communication and sharing knowledge are the absolute keys to working together successfully.
