I started building Ashera after seeing the same painful pattern over and over: the truth lives inside sales calls, but it gets lost the moment the meeting ends. It turns into messy notes, vague summaries in the CRM, and internal handoffs where everyone retells the story differently. The result is predictable deals stall, forecasting becomes guesswork, onboarding starts with confusion, and teams waste time re-discovering what was already said.
