Scaling a niche AI product in the European market - what actually works?

Hey PH community!

We re launching Fammo in a few days. It's an AI nutrition and health tracker for dogs and cats, mainly focused on Europe.

We ve managed to get some solid early traction and build a good base of active users, but scaling a highly specialized B2C tech product is a different beast. Getting pet parents to shift from standard commercial advice to data-driven nutrition requires a lot of trust and education.

For founders who built very niche or specialized tools, what acquisition channels actually moved the needle for you after your initial beta users? Did you lean heavy into SEO, niche forums, or partnerships?
