I’ve worked in operations and supply chain at British American Tobacco and AstraZeneca, managing large budgets and leading big teams. After 7 years, I jumped into startups and worked at Dafiti (Rocket Internet), PedidosYa (Delivery Hero) and Grow Mobility, where I launched and scaled operations across South America. In 2020 I co-founded Riogrande, a leading ecommerce aggregator In Latin America where I led product, growth and operations from its inception to its exit in 2023. I'm now building in Nexiu, a tool that helps hiring teams go from defining a hiring need to an exportable candidate short-list in less than a minute.
