Why do we ignore bill notifications? Is "nagging" the only cure?

Hey PH community!

I ve been struggling with a weird habit: I see a bill notification, I acknowledge it, and then I swipe it away thinking "I'll do it later." Fast forward 3 days I m paying a late fee.
