Binance and others limit visibility to L2, but the real aggression and layering occur on L3. There was no software capable of exposing that hidden reality without posing a security risk or bottleneck. My inspiration was to fill that void: to create a surveillance engine that looks “under the hood” and is owned by the community, not the exchanges.
