I ve been experimenting with multi-agent tools recently, especially workflows where one agent researches, another executes, and a third reviews the result.
The demos are impressive, but my experience has been mixed. For smaller tasks, coordinating the agents sometimes creates more work than using one capable agent. I ve also run into duplicated research and inconsistent outputs.
I m curious whether anyone here has found a multi-agent workflow that genuinely stuck:
What task are you using it for?
What does the agent team do better than a single agent?
How do you handle coordination and quality control?
Which product is still part of your workflow after the initial experimentation?
