Bunch has been one of my favorite innovators of culture-tech since the early days. They have been relentlessly and meticulously listening to their users to achieve this level today. The amount of refinement and iterations are amazing. I think Buch is going to be a household brand and a key partner to all People and Culture communities around the world. I am impressed.

Lack of transparency for Influencer and micro influencer promotions is a big challenge. Asking for Instagram account login doesn't work everytime and it is next to impossible when working with multiple influencers all at once. This seems like a lightweight solution for both understanding the authenticity and the quality of each influencer on a single platform without asking for their login info!

This approach has potential to make People and Culture managers to re-think about evaluating for culture-fit and culture-add. Pros: - It is as easy as browsing a website - Able to walk the fine-line between being useful without being categorical or discriminating Cons: - The technology would be more valuable on broader domains where written communication is more natural
