I really love this idea since so many of our challenges are related to identity and how we value ourselves. I founded 7CTOs exactly for this kind of thing aimed at people in the roles of CTO or technical leadership. We form cohorts of 7 and help each other grow in emotional intelligence, technical leadership and communication/presentation skills.
