I have seen some people say that they do not like finn, the AI assistant, but I think that it is quite exciting to have the AI on the platform, be it in the beta phase. For one, it reduces the number of irrelevant questions that the support team is asked. It is quite accurate too.
Finn aside, I really enjoy using the bank, and I think it is very helpful to students like myself. We were never taught things like money management and budgeting, and it is cool to have a bank provide easy tools to help with all of that.;-)
