Why is there a 5 to 1 credit ratio? Why not just 1 to 1?

I've been a customer since February, 2014 - and it's one of my "secret weapons." Once you install the plugin and activate it, within seconds you can apply custom styles and fix client issues.

It looks like you had pricing information published at one point but removed it. Even after signing up, I can't seem to find what the plans and pricing are. The free trial is certainly generous, but there's no point in testing something where it is impossible to ascertain the value proposition.

Is your pricing based on the number of active licenses or licenses generated a month? The pricing seems untenable, especially for an indie developer.

One thing that has always made Asana stand out is how elegantly it handles multiple "contexts." You can assign an email address independently of each "workspace" that will receive notifications + identify projects to assign emailed tasks to, etc. I've never found any other system that handles this more elegantly than Asana. Do you list your pricing on the website without having to sign up?

I feel like "contact us" pricing is a misguided tactic and a bit disrespectful to potential customers. You don't make it easy for a visitor to fully consider the value proposition you're offering. You're asking visitors to spend their valuable time considering your service but refuse to dignify them with even a broad notion of what the buy in point might be. Are we talking $20 a month? $200?...

CPanel hosting services are hunt-worthy now? The number of fake reviews, padded votes, etc on Product Hunt are increasing at an alarming rate. Maybe Product Hunt should be renamed to PR Hunt.
